Poised is an early-stage startup on a mission to improve spoken communication in our hybrid working world. We created the category of a AI-powered communication coach and platform that can provide real-time and post meeting feedback. In the process we hope to democratize the language for career mobility, improve diversity and inclusion, and bring more understanding and compassion to professionals.
We’re backed by the CEO of Zoom and LinkedIn, Slack, and other leading venture capital firms. The founding team comes from Amazon Alexa, Microsoft Teams, and ASAPP and we have launched top 5 grossing iOS and Android applications and built large bottoms-up SaaS businesses. About you

We are looking for a versatile growth generalist who is ready to accelerate their career. You’ll be an integral part of the founding team and driving customer acquisition efforts. You'll establish the foundation for an organic growth engine focusing on content, social, referral and experience optimization but moving towards paid acquisition. We care less about the years of experience you have and more about the impact of your efforts, your work ethic and your desire to be an instrumental player in building a business.

Work Experience

3-7 years experience of demonstrated success defining and executing data-driven growth strategies
Experience with social/influencer and content marketing and organic growth (referral, ASO, SEO)
Balance of both quantitative and qualitative marketing skills; Comfortable creating reporting frameworks and analyzing data, as well as ideating new campaigns, writing/testing copy and collaborating with creative on asset development
Experience with hypothesis driven A/B testing and segmentation strategies
Prior experience (or desire for) working in an early-stage startup environment
Desire to create strategy and execute campaigns on a daily basis
Ability to use insights and data to inform strategies, improve results and drive innovative thinking
Ability to optimize landing pages and registration experiences a plus

What You Will Do

Forecast, plan, establish KPIs and track metrics for acquisition goals
Drive organic efforts for new customer acquisition including referral, ASO and content
Collaborate with design to drive content development and optimize creative assets
Ensure branding is consistent across all Growth efforts
Assist in funnel optimization analysis
Define strategies, execute campaigns and make recommendations on priorities based on data driven insights
